Individuals seeking professional development in leadership may become members of Stones (“Users”). Membership is available to an international audience.
Stones membership includes our private online community, online events, in-person events, and online learning content.

We try to ensure Stones is available on a 24/7 basis. However, on occasion, the platform may be unavailable for reasons outside our control. We will use reasonable efforts to publish advance details of any unavailability on our online and community channels.
Stones provides access to learning content and videos produced by Stones and its Partners (“Partners”) who are independent experts. Users may view this content solely for personal, non-commercial use.
Users have permission to download and use any resources provided in the learning modules to support their own leadership practices and purposes.
Users agree not to share, sell, or distribute for commercial gain downloaded resources to third parties.
Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and policies and guidelines provided by Stones. These may include, but are not limited to, community standards, code of conduct, platform policies, and content submission guidelines. This applies in our community forums, on Stones online channels, in person at industry events, or otherwise.
Failure to adhere to platform policies may result in disciplinary actions, including account suspension or termination.
We want everyone to feel welcome and safe in the Stones community. Accordingly, harassment, abuse, or any other form of offensive, disruptive, or derogatory behavior towards other users, partners, associates, or Stones staff is strictly prohibited.

In the event of termination by Stones due to user violation of these terms and conditions, the user’s account may be deactivated immediately without refund.
In the event of termination of membership by the user, the user's account will remain active until the end of the current payment window. After that period, the account will be deactivated, and no further charges will be incurred.
