Through her work, Emily has seen even subtle shifts in a person’s skills, self-awareness and mindset have far-reaching effects on their confidence, competence, personal wellbeing and efficacy.

Campbell’s career has enabled him to do what he loves best - crystallising complex problems into elegant technological solutions that work, and scale.

Campbell has been integral in leading the development and growth of global tech ecosystems and ecommerce platforms, and automating cumbersome systems with sleek software solutions. Campbell is a founder and entrepreneur, and has also held several corporate leadership and executive-level roles, so he knows first-hand how demanding, lonely and unsupported leadership can feel.

As a technology enthusiast, but conscious of using this superpower wisely, he believes the biggest challenges faced by humanity can, at least in part, be solved with sexy tech.

Nick is on a mission to connect people with what they really need, and want.

As a lifecycle marketer, Nick specialises in devising comprehensive UX strategies that maximise user uptake and long-term adoption of web-based products. Nick has led projects for homegrown startups, and industry-leading multinationals. Nick’s ‘human-centred’ approach to journey design leverages in-depth user research, psychology-based design principles, and experimentation-based iteration to build captive audiences of engaged users through all stages of the product lifecycle.

He understands that tech, product and marketing are constantly evolving; sticking to the same methods guarantees the same results, but making big bets on innovative ideas can lead to extraordinary outcomes.

Mike has 25 years of experience as a business owner, designer and creative director developing brands and experiences for large businesses, SME’s, NGO’s and government entities.

Mike has a long list of local and international awards including two Webby Award honouree’s, a Gold Best Design Award, 4 AXIS Golds and a Grand EFFIE Award. When not being creative, Mike loves to spend time with his family and surf as much as possible.
